Beginning in 2002, Chefs Susan Guthrie and Patrick Barbercheck delighted diners with excellent food in their upbeat cafe. Locals and tourists have come to expect fresh flavors, quality, and consistency from the Bluefront experience.

In 2022 Susan and Patrick passed the torch to long time Bluefront Cafe employee Chef Adriana Zumpano Stack.
